It was so fun for you to read your book to me today, Junie B. Jones is a Beauty Shop Guy. You read it like champ and made some excellent connections to your memories and other books you’ve read. I am very proud of you.

I vividly remember a time that you cut your hair at Mrs. Perrin’s school many years ago. You and your friend AnnaLee cut each other’s hair at school. It was quite the sight for us to see and led you into getting your first haircut. When I see Junie B. sitting in that chair at the beauty salon I think of you and Tanit, who also got her hair cut not that long ago. She also cut her own hair at one point!
